Payment
Payment can be made via OnPay, using Dankort/VisaDankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Diners or via Paypal.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website.
Freight & Shipping
Shipping is exclusively via GLS and only within the boundaries of the EU. Shipping price vary based on weight of the purchased goods and the shipping material needed, but will at minimum be 70DKK. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery can be made to a GLS ParcelShop. Delivery within Denmark takes 1-2 business days from date of shipping. Delivery to other EU countries can take up to a week.
Cancellations
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to fairyversegaming@outlook.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
No right of cancellation
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of food, drinks or other goods for the running of the household consumption, which is delivered physically to your home or to your workplace by a trader who regularly delivers goods to your area,
Establishment or transfer of rights over real estate. However, not agreements on financial services or agreements regarding the letting of real estate,
Construction of building,
Agreements on right of use for accommodation on a timeshare basis, etc.,
Agreements on package tours,
Games where participation is paid for,
Delivery of non-financial services that either do not take place in return for payment or are fully delivered, if you have previously accepted that the service will be started and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Delivery of goods which have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch,
Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,
Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are mixed together with other goods during delivery and cannot be separated again,
Delivery of alcoholic beverages, where the price was fixed at the time of the conclusion of the agreement, and delivery can only take place after 30 days, and where the actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence,
Agreements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work at your place that you have expressly requested,
Delivery of sealed sound or image recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal,
Delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, however not if they are subscription agreements,
Agreements concluded at a public auction,
Agreements for accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car hire, catering or leisure facilities, when the date or period has been agreed. (The latter can, for example, be courses, performances, conventions, etc.)
Supply of digital content which is not supplied on a physical medium, if
a) the delivery of the digital content does not take place against payment or
b) performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once we have given confirmation on a durable medium.
Financial services covered by the Act on mortgage loans and mortgage bonds etc.,
Agreements for goods, securities or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence, and these fluctuations may occur during the cancellation period.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is damaged, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain within 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at fairyversegaming@outlook.dk . If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
In order to make a complaint, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Personal data policy (GDPR)
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. We pass on the above information to the shipping company (GLS). They are not allowed to use this information for anything else than the shipping of your purchased goods.
The personal information is registered with Fairyverse Gaming and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it.
